About P & W Group
P & W Group was founded in 2007 and has several programs that work to bridge people and their communities in North Carolina to help assist to foster independence for our clients who face challenges.
P & W Group’s programs include adult day services, an adult male group home and also community programs where trained staff work 1-on-1 with individuals to foster daily living skills.

Our mission is to provide high quality person-centered services which ensure functional outcomes for creative and unique success to participants while bridging the gap between these participants and their communities.

We work to overcome the social and economic barriers that prevent participants and families from achieving their goals. We support participants and families to be empowered to make informed decisions about their lives, the services they receive, the person or people who provide services and the manner in which they are served.

We consider quality the most important aspect of the services we provide. We pledge to provide quality services which are uniquely individualized and creatively meet the stated and implied needs of the participant.

We consider commitment an action word. We are committed to providing services that meet the specific needs of each participant, regardless of the person’s disability.
